It's moments like these that can make you stronger and wiser. Well done for posting it and owning it. I have no doubt that you will be back in the zone kicking goals with that Scorpian competitive mind of yours.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8436436569876323043.post-43073657346759460702013-01-30T08:12:23.888+11:002013-01-30T08:12:23.888+11:00Well this describes me a few days ago too -- I thi...Well this describes me a few days ago too -- I think we've all been there at some point! Well done on recognizing it and stopping it (and putting it out there... I did this yesterday on the forums)

I think for many the start to 12wbt is a gusto of total committment -- but as we go along of course things arise, we slip a bit etc. at times. Times like this I remind myself it is all about consistency -- getting back on that wagon and on with it. Which I know you guys will totally do.

onward! Mike has a thing for Toblerones and I had a piece the other night, (then I snuck another piece when he wasn't looking) and then I had to stop myself. But think of it this way - you have recognised what you did. Would the old you have done that? Would the old you have just kept on going day after day? To recognise is to learn and that my friend you have done, particularly here sending it out to the universe.

As for Jules, OMG, after a triathlon she went to work? I have the utmost admiration for that in itself. Just quietly the day we went up and down the volcano crater 4 times here, I called in sick the next day! ha!

Keep the faith mate, you haven't undone everything, you've learnt a great lesson, and by putting it on here are teaching others just how easy it can be done.

Carol
www.finding-carol.blogspot.comCarolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08903728734280874993noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8436436569876323043.post-76373552000583960362013-01-29T15:51:59.796+11:002013-01-29T15:51:59.796+11:00Love you xLove you xJuleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01777108103897011039noreply@blogger.com
