Don't think I would be doing anything either if I hadn't switched to Lean & Strong.<br /><br />You will get over this if anything you are a man of consistency and this is just another hill to climb in your journey. <br /><br />Another thing to think of in this is the Double Digit barrier. I know once I got across the line it was a fight with myself as it was such a huge goal. It feels so good your not in the triple digits and mentally it was harder to fight the excuses as under 100kg meant I was leaner & fitter in my mindset.
